Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Slaughter and May are advising on the £460 million sale of an insurance business to U.K. insurance major Aviva.
Skadden is leading for the seller, U.S.-headquartered financial services company Corebridge, which is offloading its U.K. life insurance business, AIG Life.
