A former Deacons partner who moved to Baker McKenzie earlier this year has been accused by a former colleague of sexual harassment.
A Hong Kong District Court recently heard a matter brought by an unnamed female lawyer against Stefano Mariani, who is a counsel at Baker McKenzie but was a partner at the Hong Kong firm Deacons at the time of the alleged harassment.
