The former head of KPMG’s Australian legal practice, Kate Marshall, has joined alternative legal services provider Law Squared as its chief legal officer, overseeing the firm’s practice groups.
Marshall specializes in cyber, data and privacy law, as well as digital transformation, AI and emerging tech. She focuses on supporting organizations to manage cybersecurity, utilize data within the organization, understand how that data is used and embed privacy across the business, the firm said.
