Australia’s Allens and Gilbert + Tobin Advise in $1B Malt Maker Deal

Australian law firm Allens is advising the buyers of the malt company United Malt Group in a $1 billion deal.

Australia-listed United Malt Group has been bought via scheme of arrangement by Malteries Soufflet, whose shareholders include European agricultural investor InVivo and KKR.
