Addleshaw Goddard and McDermott, Will & Emery have worked together to advise Entain on a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), which has seen the gambling company agree to pay £615 million to settle a bribery case in the U.K.
The agreement was officially approved by a High Court judge at a hearing on Tuesday afternoon, and concludes a four-year investigation into the matter.
