Matthew Schwartz, who has served as co-managing partner of the firm for three years, will serve as chair of the firm starting in January 2025, a a three-year term. The partnership voted Schwartz as chair-elect at the firm’s annual retreat in Key Biscayne. Meanwhile, Boies was again elected as chair, serving a final term in 2024.
