Dentons Advises Venezuelan State Oil Company After Lift of US Sanctions

Europe-based lawyers at Dentons have counseled Venezuela’s state oil company on a slew of agreements to revive joint ventures in the country’s ailing oil industry.

Oil companies have rushed to reinvigorate projects in the South American country after the U.S. temporarily lifted sanctions on Venezuelan oil in October.
