Allen & Overy has hired Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s finance head in the Middle East.

Haris Meyer Hanif rejoins A&O, after spending 11 years with Freshfields in their Dubai office. He spent two years with A&O prior to moving to Freshfields in 2012.
