The Luxembourg-based firm Arendt & Medernach has opened a representative office in Frankfurt.
The office, the fifth for the firm, will provide expertise on Luxembourg law, tax, regulatory, consulting and investor services.
Like Arendt’s other representative offices the operation will serve as a communication channel between clients abroad and the Luxembourg headquarters but will not practice local law.
