Alston & Bird is expanding its European Union antitrust practice with a veteran Brussels-based partner poached from Willkie Farr & Gallagher to help clients navigate an increasingly complex EU and transatlantic competition regulation and enforcement environment.

Atlanta, Georgia-headquartered Alston said partner Jens-Olrik Murach advises clients from a wide range of industries on matters including merger control, foreign direct investment, and foreign subsidies, as well as antitrust investigations before the European Commission and other bodies. He also works on related litigation and compliance matters and has experience advising on "significant" transatlantic matters.
