Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has hired a team of five corporate lawyers from the mainland China offices of Paul Hastings.
Led by veteran partner Jia Yan, the team featuring one special counsel and three associates has joined Pillsbury both in Beijing and Shanghai. Their departures leave Paul Hastings with 20 lawyers in two offices in mainland China, five of whom are partners.
