Brazil’s Demarest Advogados, one of the largest full-service law firms in Latin America, has selected a new managing partner who will lead the firm starting in May 2025.
Mergers and acquisitions partner José Setti Diaz, who joined Demarest in 1996, will take over from Paulo Coelho da Rocha, who has been the firm’s managing partner since 2012 and will continue to focus on his own M&A practice after the transition.
