Greenberg Traurig Khalid Al-Thebity has been licensed as a Regional Headquarters Programme (RHQ) company in Saudi Arabia, following in the footsteps of Clyde & Co,, Kirkland & Ellis, and Latham & Watkins.

The RHQ plan is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to grow the economy by diversifying the private sector. The programme was introduced in 2020 to encourage multinational companies operating in the Middle East and North Africa to establish their regional HQ in Saudi Arabia. Four international firms have been licensed to date.
