K&L Gates has strengthened its Frankfurt office with the hiring of a four-person IP team led by former Norton Rose Fulbright partner Daniel Marschollek.
Marschollek, a litigation expert, specialises in complex trademark, design, copyright, antitrust and competition disputes. He advises on the prosecution of trademarks and designs and IP-related antitrust law issues. His clients include blue chip companies in the fashion and luxury goods industry as well as in the sports, telecommunications, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors.
