The 10th-anniversary Legal Innovation Awards highlighted the year's brightest ideas in legal tech and the successful execution of those ideas. Among the winners were law firms, in-house legal departments, individuals and other organisations across 26 different categories.

Law.com International asked the winners what it was about their entries that made them proud, and what legal innovation meant to them.


Future of Legal Services Innovation – Alternative Legal Service Provider

Radiant Law won this category for applying the manufacturing industry's Shingo model of operation to a law firm for the first time. It also rolled out an ERP called Sherpa which helped their half-day contract turnaround increase to 85%.
