Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft is parting ways with another partner, in the same week that it emerged four fund finance partners were leaving the firm.

Real estate finance partner Duncan Hubbard is leaving the firm for U.S. rival Greenberg Traurig, according to two people with knowledge of the move. He has spent his 25-year career working with global funds, financial institutions and investors. He has been a partner at Cadwalader since 2019, according to his LinkedIn profile. William Lo will also join the firm as of counsel.
