Morrison Foerster has hired PAG general counsel and partner, Gregory Salathe, as a partner for its Tokyo office. Salathe worked at Asian investment firm PAG for more than two years. He joined the fund in 2022 from Jones Day, where he was a partner. He has also worked as a partner at Sidley Austin, and at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, where he spent almost a decade and was most recently its Tokyo managing partner.
