Representation of people identifying as LGBTQ+ at associate and trainee level continues to outpace partner level, fresh U.K. data shows, as U.S. law firms once again dominate tables. 

Part of Law.com International’s LGBTQ+ diversity survey, the data shows that, by and large, representation among more junior lawyers far exceeds representation at partner level. Among the 54 firms that took part in the survey, nearly all reported a higher proportion of associates and trainees identifying as LGBTQ+ than partners.
