Claudia Salomon, a former New York-based arbitration partner at Latham & Watkins, has been elected to a second three-year term as president of the Paris-based International Chamber of Commerce’s International Court of Arbitration.

Salomon, who in 2021 became the first woman and first American to be elected president of the court in the ICC’s nearly 100-year history, starts her new term July 1. The court has 191 members from 119 jurisdictions.
