Proskauer Rose is hiring a partner duo from newly-merged A&O Shearman in London.
A&O Shearman’s private capital co-head Philip Bowden and leveraged finance partner Megan Lawrence are set to move to Proskauer, according to people with knowledge of the matter. The duo will exit after only two months at A&O Shearman.
