CMS has hired a new partner for its Hong Kong office. Paul Moloney has joined the firm’s funds and real estate practice, where he will advise asset managers, financial institutions and family offices on advice for public and private fund formations as well as regulatory issues.
Moloney was most recently a partner at Mayer Brown in Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 2021 from Eversheds Sutherland, where he was a partner and had worked for almost six years. Prior to that, he practiced at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
