Linklaters, Baker McKenzie Lead £3B Carlsberg-Britvic Deal

Baker McKenzie and Linklaters have scored roles as Danish brewery giant Carlsberg Group acquires British soft drinks company Britvic for £3.3 billion.

Carlsberg announced on Monday that, following previous rejections, the Britvic board had accepted a 1,315 pence per share offer.
