The lack of senior women at the U.K.’s largest legal institutions may not be a new problem but fresh research has shown despite widespread diversity efforts there has been little improvement.
The number of female partners at major law firms in the U.K. continues to lag behind the number of male partners, data from Law.com International’s 2024 diversity survey has shown, even though at the associate level the reverse is true.
