On the May completion of the merger of Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy and New York’s Shearman & Sterling, A&O Shearman kicked off its hunt for lateral talent with a substantial incentive: $50,000 referral bonuses for the successful placement of associates and counsel.
An A&O Shearman spokesperson confirmed the figures to Law.com.
