A small Australian law firm has hired the former leader of PwC’s legal business in Australia in the latest defection of legal partners from the Big Four accounting firms.
Nick Brown joins mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firm Kain Lawyers as a director to establish an office in Melbourne and follows his PwC legal partner colleague David Mitchell, who joined the firm in March.
