DLA Piper is Claimant in £5.5M Land Transaction Dispute

DLA Piper is suing two companies and related individuals in Cheshire for £5.5 million relating to a 2013 land transaction.

The law firm is suing Henshaws Farming LLP and Myerson Trust Corporation Limited as well as several individuals for damages and/or an indemnity.
