A&O Shearman, Hogan Lovells Lead on £9.9 Billion Crypto Dispute

The U.K. Competition Appeal Tribunal has certified a £9.9 billion class action claim from investors against multiple cryptocurrency exchanges.

The claimants are investors in Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV), a form of cryptocurrency. They have accused six crypto exchanges of “colluding to delist BSV from their exchanges” in 2019, causing damages of £9.94 billion.
