Japan's Ministry of Justice Streamlines Registration Process For Foreign Law

The Japanese Ministry of Justice has introduced changes to simplify the process for allowing foreign lawyers to practice in Japan.

The changes come into force on July 31, and will apply to English and Welsh solicitors among other nationalities.
