Linklaters Releases Statement Following Groping Allegations

Linklaters has issued a statement following reports that one of its partners has been banned from drinking alcohol at work events following accusations of inappropriate conduct.

The Telegraph reported that the firm has given the partner a final warning after a complaint that he had drunkenly groped a female associate during a work retreat in Vienna.
