O’Melveny & Myers corporate partner Edwin Kwok has left the U.S. firm to launch his own practice, Edwin Kwok & Co, in Hong Kong.
Kwok advises on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities, privatizations, and mergers and acquisitions. At O’Melveny, he primarily advised on mid-sized listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
