Clyde and Co's Derry/Londonderry base is to close later this year, leaving just one Northern Ireland office in action and the employment terms of certain staff members up in the air.

The premises, which was acquired through the firm's merger with BLM two years ago, will close when the lease runs out later this year leaving its Belfast office, which it moved into in 2023, to continue operations, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.
