K&L Gates has poached a planning and environment partner and his team from an Australian firm, the third partner to join the firm’s Australian real estate group this year.
Paul Lalich, who joins the firm in Sydney from HWL Ebsworth along with his team of two lawyers, has more than 25 years’ experience as a planning and environment lawyer advising government, state-owned corporations, institutional investors, publicly-listed Real Estate Investment Trusts, private companies, and national and international transport and aviation companies.
