Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison is hiring the general counsel of one of its clients, TDR Capital, in London.
David Holdsworth is to join Paul Weiss as a partner after little more than a year as GC at private equity fund TDR, according to a person with knowledge of the hire. He joined TDR in early 2023, taking over as GC at TDR from former SJ Berwin partner Blair Thompson.
