Australia's IPH Limited, a leading global provider of intellectual property services, has announced the acquisition of top Canadian IP firm Bereskin & Parr, once again shaking up the Canadian IP sector.
Just days after appointing a new regional CEO, IPH Group said Toronto-headquartered Bereskin & Parr will combine with Smart & Biggar, an existing member of the IPH network, to create one firm operating as Smart & Biggar.
