Deutsche Bank has settled with 80 former shareholders in its long-running dispute over its acquisition of rival Postbank, including the largest individual plaintiff representing about one-third of all claims.

The 80 shareholders represent about 60% of those involved in the dispute. Deutsche Bank will pay those plaintiffs €31 per share in addition to the €25 paid 14 years ago. The German-headquartered bank declined to reveal the total amount when contacted by Law.com International.
