Kirkland & Ellis is hiring a partner and a counsel from German law firm Gleiss Lutz, in the latest step to boost its European restructuring capability.
Frankfurt-based Christian Halàsz and Düsseldorf counsel Friedrich Schlott are expected to join the firm later this year, according to a person close to the matter.
