Jeremy Grant, Norton Rose Fulbright; Photo © Côme Bardon Norton Rose Fulbright has hired Stephenson Harwood's Paris debt capital markets practice leader Jeremy Grant to expand its own banking practice.
Grant has more than 20 years' experience in capital markets, structured finance and banking, advising investment-grade and non-investment-grade clients on cross-border and emerging markets transactions. He spends much of his time advising on ESG-related matters, particularly green and sustainability-linked bonds and loans, Norton Rose said in a statement.
