Former Bereskin & Parr patent attorney Louis-Pierre Gravelle has joined Canadian boutique IP firm Dipchand as a partner to help build its patent prosecution practice and flex his entrepreneurial muscle.
Gravelle said the Canadian boutique IP firm Bereskin’s model was “ill-suited” to the type of practice he wanted in light of its recent acquisition by Australian-based IP services firm IPH Group and merger with IPH member firm Smart & Biggar.
