Europe's highest court ruled today that Brussels officials did not commit any legal errors when they ordered Apple to pay €13 billion in back taxes in a major win for outgoing competition chief Margrethe Vestager.
"Ireland granted Apple unlawful aid which Ireland is required to recover," the Court of Justice of the European Union said in its highly anticipated decision.
