Baker McKenzie is expanding its German M&A practice with the hiring of Linklaters partner Dirk Horcher, the latest in a global hiring spree that has seen the firm add more than 20 M&A partners in recent months across Germany, the U.S., and Asia to strengthen its capabilities.
