Emirati energy company Masdar has proposed to acquire Saeta Yield, a Spanish green energy firm, from Brookfield for an enterprise value of $1.4 billion.
Linklaters is advising Masdar on the deal and Uría Menéndez is advising Brookfield, according to the law firms.
