Clifford Chance has hired a leading restructuring partner—its sixth partner addition to its restructuring practice in six months.
Kolja von Bismarck had been a partner at Sidley Austin since 2017 until earlier this year. He will reunite with two other former Sidley partners in Munich, Patrick Schulz and Andreas Steiger, both of whom left the firm to join Clifford Chance earlier this year.
