A King & Spalding lawyer has claimed the leader of the Qatari National Security agency attempted to recruit him, "contrary to their duties to the claimants", according to court documents seen by Law.com.
The solicitor represents a group of nine Syrian businessmen bringing a multimillion-pound lawsuit against two Qatari banks and two other Qatar-based individuals for allegedly funding an Islamist terror organisation.
