Fourteen soon-to-be former A&O Shearman lawyers, including eight partners, have finalised an agreement to join top African law firm Bowmans in Johannesburg.
The team, led by outgoing A&O Shearman South Africa managing partner Rudolph Gerhard, will start at Bowmans in early January 2025, according to Bowmans' announcement.
