The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has struck off a former DWF partner who was convicted of attempting to communicate with a person under 16 "for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification".
In its judgment published today, the U.K. industry watchdog said that David Walton was a partner at DWF at the time of the offences, which Walton has admitted to.
