As global deal activity continues to rebound from last year, Kirkland & Ellis led the first nine months in global M&A volume, according to preliminary league tables by financial data company Dealogic. The firm advised 575 deals totaling $383.2 billion.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, which had the top spot in the first half of 2024, trailed Kirkland & Ellis slightly, having completed 153 deals globally totaling $362.1 billion.
