Baker McKenzie has hired three strategic partners to strengthen its Middle East presence. Sally Kotb rejoined the firm as a dispute resolution partner in Dubai after an interlude as head of arbitration at Habib Al Mulla, bringing Baker McKenzie's office up to 38 people including 12 partners.
