New York-headquartered outfit Debevoise & Plimpton has strengthened its London private equity offering with the addition of a partner from rival U.S. firm Goodwin Procter
James Grimwood, who works across a number of private equity transactions including M&A deals, leveraged buyouts and venture investments, is set to join Debevoise after almost five years at Goodwin.
