In an industry dominated by "crypto bros," Eleanor Hughes stands out.
"There is a perception that it is male-dominated," said Hughes, Binance's general counsel, who is based in Singapore. "In my legal team, I have a majority of female leaders. The fact that it is a new, nascent industry provides women with the opportunity to be in those roles and to be able to progress very quickly."
