An A&O Shearman partner in Italy has left the firm to join Bird & Bird along with an associate.
Giovanni Gazzaniga, a Milan-based corporate partner at the firm for 18 years, joined Allen & Overy in 2006. He joins Bird & Bird along with associate Nicolò Baruffi, who had been with the firm since 2017.
